This Chinese New Year, The Sanchaya will be ringing in the Year of the Rat in style. As the harbinger of good luck and fortune, a symbolic Lion dance will kick off the Chinese New Year festivities on Saturday, 25th January. Estate guests will also be invited to partake in the traditional Yee Sang, where a raw fish salad is tossed for abundance and prosperity for the new year.

An exclusive Chinese New Year menu will also be available from 15th January to 15th February 2020, with highlights including succulent Grilled Fresh Lobster with sautéed Kailan, Seafood Fried Rice with X.O. Sauce and Sichuan Crispy Fish with Soy Ginger Dip. The à la carte menu is in sharing style, celebrating family bonds and communal joy.
