The Sanchaya Estate Policies

At The Sanchaya Estate, your comfort, privacy and security are our highest priorities. We kindly ask all residents to observe the following policies to ensure a seamless and harmonious experience for everyone.

• The Sanchaya Estate operates a smoke-free indoor policy.
• Smoking inside any suite or villa is strictly prohibited. Should smoking occur within the accommodation, a minimum charge equivalent to one nights accommodation plus applicable taxes, together with a USD 500 deep-cleaning fee, will be applied to the guests account.
• Smoking is permitted at designated outdoor terraces and The Bar outdoor area.

• To ensure the privacy and security of all residents, please advise the Front Office in advance should you be expecting visitors.
• All visitors are required to register upon arrival and present a valid government-issued photo identification before being granted access to the estate.

• Personal, professional or commercial photography and videography conducted for publication, promotion or commercial purposes are not permitted anywhere on the estate without prior written approval from The Sanchaya Marketing team.
• To protect the privacy, comfort and security of all residents, the operation of drones anywhere on or above The Sanchaya Estate is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from The Sanchaya Management.
• Where written permission has been granted, drones must not be flown over guest villas, suites, restaurants, swimming pools or any public areas of the estate. Drone operations must be conducted at a discreet distance from the beachfront and in accordance with all applicable Indonesian aviation regulations and safety requirements.

• To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the estate:
• Earphones or headphones must be used at all times.
• Speakerphones, portable speakers and other amplified audio devices are not permitted in public areas.

• Guests travelling with personal security personnel or support teams are kindly requested to coordinate all arrangements with the Front Office prior to arrival.
• Security personnel are expected to wear professional business attire while on the estate.
• Any requests relating to outside food and beverage service must be arranged in advance through our Reservations team at reservations@thesanchaya.com
