The Sanchaya Estate Policies

At The Sanchaya Estate, your comfort, safety and privacy are of highest priority for us. We kindly ask all our residents to observe our policies outlined below to ensure a seamless and harmonious stay.

Estate Policy

The sanchaya Estate is a non-smoking resort. If a guest smokes in the home/suite, a minimum charge equivalent to at least one-night suite accommodation plus tax, along with a USD 500 deep cleaning fee, will be automatically applied.

A non-refundable pet companion fee of USD 350 per stay applies. Guests must sign a Pet Registration Card. Only dogs are allowed with a maximum of two per suite, each up to 50 lbs (22 kg). Dogs may not be left unaccompanied in the suite at any time. Dogs are not permitted in homes participating in the rental programme. In the rare event of damage, charges equivalent to up to a two-night accommodation plus tax, along with a USD 500 deep cleaning fee, will be automatically applied. Dogs must be leashed or securely placed in a carrier during housekeeping service and while in public areas of the hotel. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or in the swimming pool.

For seamless access, please inform the hotel of any guests joining you in advance. All visitors will be required to present valid photo identification upon arrival.

Laptops are permitted in outlets and public areas until 6pm. Use of earphones is required. Speakerphones, portable speakers and or loudspeakers are not permitted. Conversations should be kept to a minimum volume.

Arrangements must be coordinated with The Sanchaya Front Desk Teams prior to arrival. Security personnel must wear suits or professional attire. Outside food and beverages must have enquiry from reservations@thesanchaya.com .
